FORS accreditation support for your fleet

Many customers and contracts now ask for FORS, the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme. I write the policies and procedures your audit expects, and prepare you to go in with confidence.

What’s included

Support for Bronze and for Silver, written around the current FORS Standard.

FORS Bronze

The entry level of the FORS Standard. A gap review against the Bronze requirements, policies and procedures written for your fleet, and an audit evidence file with audit preparation.

FORS Silver

The next step after Bronze. An upgrade plan, the additional Silver policies and procedures, and audit evidence and preparation.

How it works

  1. Gap review

I compare what you have now with the requirements and list what is missing.

  2. Write

Policies and procedures written around how your business actually runs.

  3. Evidence

An organised evidence file so your records are easy to show.

  4. Prepare

A final check and briefing before your audit.

Good to know

Bronze must be achieved before Silver. FORS accreditation is awarded by FORS after an independent audit, and FORS fees are paid separately. I cannot guarantee accreditation, but I can make sure you are well prepared. AR Transport is an independent consultancy and is not affiliated with FORS.

Common questions

How long does it take?

It depends on how much you already have in place. I will give you an estimate after the gap review.

Do I need Bronze before Silver?

Yes. Bronze is the starting point, and Silver builds on it.

What does it cost?

Every quote is tailored to your business and given after our first call, with no obligation.
